About the Position:

As part of this role, you will provide actionable data driven insights to Tactical and Strategic Procurement functions. Aid process transformation and contribute as a key resource to deliver elite performance in implementing best-in class procedures, driving deep engagements and category strategies across Juniper’s business groups.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze procurement data – highlighting risks and reporting, draw insights/stories.
• Perform data analysis to enhance governance of PR compliance, preferred supplier purchases and catalog adoptions etc.
• Develop and report KPI, volumetric dashboards and spend analytics in conjunction with Procurement’s key objectives.
• Participate and provide data driven insights for tool and process transformations.
• Effectively collaborate with various internal customers, such as but not limited to IT, HR, Marketing, Professional Services and support to elevate end user satisfaction.
• Support Global Commodity Managers in decisions towards lowest ‘total cost of ownership”; encompassing price, risk, service levels, payment terms, incentives/penalties, change management, etc.
• Must be flexible, adaptable and be able to respond to shifting priorities.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, complex, operations environment.
• Position will require working in General or EMEA shift.

Skill set Required:

• Experience in an analytical role requiring data analysis/data analyst skill sets, and the creation of KPIs/Reports/dashboards etc.
• Experience in data mining, analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau, Alteryx, Python or similar
• Intermediate-to-advanced MS Excel skills.
• Ability to present data and draw insights.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
