Aid process transformation and contribute as a key resource to deliver elite performance in implementing best-in class procedures, driving deep engagements and category strategies across Juniper\u2019s business groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Analyze procurement data &#8211; highlighting risks and reporting, draw insights\/stories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform data analysis to enhance governance of PR compliance, preferred supplier purchases and catalog adoptions etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and report KPI, volumetric dashboards and spend analytics in conjunction with Procurement\u2019s key objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate and provide data driven insights for tool and process transformations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effectively collaborate with various internal customers, such as but not limited to IT, HR, Marketing, Professional Services and support to elevate end user satisfaction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support Global Commodity Managers in decisions towards lowest \u2018total cost of ownership\u201d; encompassing price, risk, service levels, payment terms, incentives\/penalties, change management, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be flexible, adaptable and be able to respond to shifting priorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently in a dynamic, complex, operations environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Position will require working in General or EMEA shift.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Skill set Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience in an analytical role requiring data analysis\/data analyst skill sets, and the creation of KPIs\/Reports\/dashboards etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in data mining, analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau, Alteryx, Python or similar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intermediate-to-advanced MS Excel skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to present data and draw insights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effective communication and teamwork skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the Position: As part of this role, you will provide actionable data driven insights to Tactical and Strategic Procurement functions.
